Hi, i don't know if this is just me or everyone, when I add a picture frame stroke to a small image or shape, the frame covers the shape and all you can see is the frame witch is useless if your working with small images or shapes (this happens with all the chunky edged frames). You would need to show us an example using a screenshot of the problem in EasyWeb and/or a link to a published page.

You can use the slider next to the image frame selection to adjust the size of the frame.
