Link Issue

Oh, Roddy! I thought you were done with me. I'm going through my site, checking the links. These were copied from iWeb. They lost "open in new page" in the transition, but for the most part, they came over okay. Two little issues. Some of the link won't change color. As you can see, I have set them for blue, but some (not all -- weird) insist on remaining yellow. In addition, while the links work, it appears they won't open in a new window, although you can see that the box is checked. I've published twice to be sure the changes went through but they clearly haven't. Help? |

I don't think anybody should be copying anything over from iWeb except maybe text from the published version! When you copy a link you don't know where the styles for that link are so you should take the time to recreate them in EasyWeb. It doesn't take very long if you set a site wide style for your links. ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb! Double click the textobject so that you are editing the text. Click the link so the blinking cursor is within the hyperlink. Then you will be able to adjust the colors for that link. Right now you are applying a link to the entire textbox which is not what you want to do. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

Funny, I did exactly that before I wrote to you. And published twice. I'll try publishing one more time. If it doesn't take, I'll just redo them. Thanks! :) |
