Problems publishing to server

Hi, I have successfully had my website up and running on the web for several weeks, however today I have just added an extra page to my website, but when republishing with new page added, the Easyweb upload progress bar kept 'sticking' on the new page files. I have since tried publishing it again after removing various image files, to no avail, and then removed the page altogether, and tried to publish the site again. After clicking the publish button, Easyweb message says it will publish website to server, but when looking for the upload progress bar, there isn't one at all, and there is now no longer any sign of my website on the internet. The project files seem to be all there on my computer, any suggestions? Many thanks, Nigel. |

Your website works fine for me; http://lionheart-interiors.co.uk It would be helpful if you could post screenshots of what you see in EasyWeb. As well, please let me know what happens when you try and visit your website. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

Hi Paul ... (Rodney), The problem occurred late at night, the next morning, I opened my web browser and my website was back! (although only perhaps 3/4 complete, so I attempted to republish after recreating the page that had previously caused problems. This time it worked without a glitch, so I don't know what that was all about, probably by the time you visited my website the problem was sorted. Thanks anyway. Thanks Rodney (I will check out the advice about contact forms), I really would like to learn how to create a slideshow for the main images on my homepage, as this would be a great way of creating a shop window for my business. Nigel. |

Here's an example of Tiny Cycle which is very easy to implement... http://ezmacwebdesign.com/Demo/Cycle-Slider-Master/tcycle/index.html If you want more facilities such as captions, hyperlinks and pause on hover you could consider the full version... http://ezmacwebdesign.com/Demo/Cycle-Slider-Master/cycle-2/cap-anchor.html http://ezmacwebdesign.com/Demo/Cycle-Slider-Master/cycle-2/fade.html ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb!
