1. I have finally finished my website! However, when i tried to publish it to my local folder, EasyWeb crashed on me. A box popped up saying "this application has encountered an error in its programming. Please submit a report", which I did. The only change I made since previous publishing to a local folder was adding a photo gallery (slide show). Could that be due to too many photos? is there a limit? 2. I think I'm ready to use a host and finally publish it on the web, but got a few questions: 2a) I looked on Rage and it looks like they have no phone support if needed. Am I missing something? 2b) Am I able to publish the site using a different host while I'm using a beta version? How would that work? I really want to see my site go live and see what it will look like. Thanks in advance, Gal (web design newbie) |

1. You need the latest beta version which fixes this problem. 2a) We don't offer phone support but we will bring back live chat support. 2b) You will have to publish to a folder and use a third party FTP client to publish ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

I have a feeling that the problem is due to Image gallery where i have added a lot of pictures. I tried publishing a one page plain site and it went through. Then i tried building a page with image gallery (bunch of pictures) and it crashed on me. May be there is a limit of pictures to be used for image gallery?

I just deleted the image gallery and the site published to my local folder, however, all the fonts have changed completely. So when published to a local folder doesn't look like what i've created

You need to send me the website that did crash on publish. Send it to https://billing.ragesw.com/submitticket.php You can find it at; username/Library/Application Support/EasyWeb Note: If you don't see the Library Folder hold down the option Key on your keyboard and select the Go menu at the top of your screen. You will then see Library listed. Please compress it before sending it to me by right clicking on it and selecting Compress. If the file is too big, you can upload it at http://ge.tt and send the link to me. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

The Library folder is on your computer. It is not in EasyWeb. In the Finder go to the Go menu and select 'Go To Folder' Then enter this in the dialog that opens up ~/Library/Application Support/EasyWeb/ Send me the files in that folder. Please compress them before sending it to me by right clicking on it and selecting Compress. If the file is too big, you can upload it at http://ge.tt and send the link to me. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |
