Do I need to register to use these forums? If you already have an account with us you can use that account to post to this forum. Otherwise you can create a free account by pressing the 'Register' button.
I'm already registered on the client area, do I need to sign up again? No, the username and password you use for our billing system can be used here as well!
Can I change my name? Yes you can, but only once. The name you choose will be used and cannot be changed. To change your name, you should go to your profile and you will be able to change it from there.
