The reason Sitemap Automator is only finding your main page is because you are using Domain masking. This means that as you browse to different pages on your site the URL in the path bar at the top of your browser does not change.
You need to email your web host and tell them to unmask your domain.
The problem with domain masking is that your entire site is seen as one page. Both search engines and Sitemap Automator will only be able to find your main page.
In addition, your visitors will not be able to bookmark individual pages.
