Absolutely! RAGE Sitemap Automator was built with MobileMe and iWeb in mind. You can be sure that if you have used iWeb to create your website and uploaded it to your MobileMe account, you can use RAGE Sitemap Automator to help get your website listed in all major search engines. As of version 1.9.6 you can simply use the Publish to iDisk feature on the 'Publish Sitemap' tab after generating your XML Sitemap file.
You can also publish your verification file by going to the File menu and selecting 'Publish Verification File...'. The User Manual under the Help menu provides further step by step instructions if you run into any problems.
