The upgrade process should take you 5 - 10 minutes.
The steps to upgrade are as follows;
- Make sure you have already purchased a domain name. It doesn't matter if you have purchased through us, or another provider. If you don't own a domain already you can purchase a domain here.
- Login to your client area.
- Now that you have your domain go to Services->My Services within your EverWeb client area
- Select the Service you want to upgrade
- One the next screen, press the 'Upgrade/Downgrade' link under 'Actions' on the left side
- On the next screen, select the EverWeb + Hosting package you want to purchase (you can also upgrade these packages at any time)
- Follow the steps to Upgrade your account. You will need your domain from step 1
- Once you have purchased you may need to update your Domain's nameservers Don't worry, this step is very easy and just requires changing one setting with your domain. This is all explained in the email we send you after you purchase, or by reading this article.
