How do I move or drag objects into the header, a blue line appears that stops me

To move objects between each section in EverWeb (the header, body and footer sections) hold down the COMMAND key on your keyboard.

Alternatively you can go to the Metrics Inspector (third tab in the Inspector) and check the 'Allow free drag' option. This means you can drag the objecy anywhere, but the section it is in won't resize automatically and adjust any objects in the sections below.
