Viewing Mobile redirecting

I was just testing my websites on a couple of Android OS phones and the websites DO NOT get redirected to mobile version. Is it supposed to be just for Apple devices? I would think not...

I looked on Samsung Galaxy and HTC.

Can you be more specific on which model you have? The redirect is based on screen size so if it is larger than 700px you won't get the mobile version.

I am sorry, I don't know which exact models. I just happened to be in the store and thought I would look. I think they were the latest Samsung Galaxy and HTC. The screens were indeed larger than IPhone but how large I don't know...I believe the Samsung Galaxy was 5"...
