Viewing Arrange command

Some of the commands under Arrange don't work properly. For example: If I group two text boxes and ask to align them at the TOP they are both moved to the left and down on the page. If several boxes are grouped and then I want to align them in the center they disappear and only one is left and the size is changed. Undo returns everything in its place.
