When replacing a photo, the new dimensions are not considered

User: Christopher 6 years ago
Does that make sense? I changed the dimensions of a photo, reducing the height by a little bit. When I replaced it via Shape Options/Choose... it replaces the image but doesn't account for the new dimensions. It retains the old. So my image was stretched vertically. I had to deselect Constrain proportions, enter the new vertical height, and then select Constrain proportions again.

Just letting you know...

Hi, Christopher!

This happens because you have a Stretch mode selected in the settings. If you change it to something else, the image will adapt in a snap of a finger.
