Viewing live chat widget

live chat widget

I'd like to have a live chat widget on my website that would pop up so my customers could live chat their questions with me. A friend has this ability on his WIX website.

The easiest way I have found to set up chat is using Crisp Chat. You can start with a free account.

You don't need a widget to insert Crisp Chat. Once you have set up your account and chosen the icon colour and position, choose the HTML option, copy the code and paste it into the Head Code box in the Page inspector on any page(s) you want to have the chat icon. You can paste it into the Head Code box in the Site Publishing Settings page if you want it on every page.

I’ve been using Smooch in a widget but now it is no longer opaque and and shows the webpage behind it.
