Hi there, I have recently linked my website contact form as a popup window after seeing your Youtube video on this - makes the site much cleaner. However, when I hit the link a window appears on my site, then the window moves down the screen as content loads. Same thing happens on the mobile version of the site. The contact form is a Jotform, not the EW widget as I need the functionality to attach photographs to the enquiry. Is there any way to fix this? The most likely cause of your problem is JotForm. It interferes with any item which uses jQuery like the popup window.
