I used to be able to do this. Now I get a dialogue saying I must pay for an upgrade renewal, or roll back to an older version. There was no warning when I installed the update. What gives? |

Hi Adam I think that usually you should get a notice in advance if your year of support and maintenance is about to expire. If you go to your client area, you can under My Products & Services > Product Details > Downloads download the version of EW you originally purchased so you can still publish. You may want to have a log a ticket with support about not getting a notice for your renewal coming up... |

| I hadn't realised that to jump in with the update would remove that ability to publish to folders. Oh well. Lesson learned. | |
