It has been brought to my attention that the mediaelement audio player breaks when an audio file with a long duration is loaded... I have modified the player shown on THIS page to overcome the problem. The mediaelement player seems to break when the audio track is longer than about 7 minutes so the updated player would need to be used for longer tracks and podcasts.
