Publishing Website Changes

I watch my websites as they publish to GoDaddy. It seems that every time I publish my website changes most, if not all, photos and linked files are republished to to GoDaddy. I'm wondering why they have to be resent to my Internet file. Aren't they all already there? Since my websites have a lot pf photos, linked files, etc. It takes a long time for the websites to publish to GoDaddy.

The EverWeb developers are continually improving the software and making the code it produces more efficient. In the latest V2.1.0b, every link on your site gets a data attribute added to it.

When you first publish your site changes after opening the site in this version, every page will need to be reuploaded since they all contain links.

HI,

Are you sure they are all being uploaded or do you see the "skipping file" under the File menu->Edit Publishing Settings screen?

Yes, Pau;l they were being republished. The words "skipping file" did not appear.

On a better note I'm noticing that whatever you did for the 2.1.0 Build 1691 seems to have solved whatever publishing/uploading problems I was having, at least so far. The speed of a total website upload has decreased dramatically and I'm NOT noticing the issue I was having when I made this post. Thanks as always!!
