I know that you can't just copy & paste a website from iWeb to Everweb. Can you create a second Everweb site by copying and pasting the first Everweb site? |

You can easily duplicate an EverWeb project file. Reveal the file by right clicking it in the project window and select "Show on Disk". Then you can open the duplicated project file in EW by double clicking it and change it's name at the top of the left column in the application window. ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb! Right clicking does not yield "Show on Disk". Mac OS 10.75 with your EverEWeb 1.5. May I manually look for this data file ? Where is it in the file hierarchy ? Last edit 9 years ago |

Go into the user library, open the Application Support folder and you will find the project file(s) inside the EverWeb folder.

For anyone else interested in duplicating an entire website project file, this is demonstrated in our video tutorial on creating a multi-lingual website.

Just an update on this one, you can now duplicate Project files directly from the Projects Window... when you launch EW just click on the up/down arrows to the right of the Project you want to duplicate. The popup menu now has the option 'Duplicate...' on it. This was added to EW version 1.9.
